With its beautiful wicker weaving and its traditional curved back with track arms, the South Hampton Sofa brings classic elegance and sophistication to your outdoor patio area. This sofa measures 35 inches by 84 inches by 38 inches and can fit into most outdoor spaces because of its size. The wicker fibers are hand woven and placed atop a durable aluminum powder-coated frame that can durably support the weight of most anyone. The fibers are synthetic but have been given a finish that makes them look all natural.

The fibers that make up the South Hampton Sofa have been given a coating of a UV-protective finish that helps them to resist any sort of damage or fading from the sun. The fibers have also have been colored in such a way as to stop any rain or pool water from damaging the wicker's color. The cushions, which can be upholstered in any one of the hundreds of outdoor-ready fabrics, are filled with WeatherMaster technology. This ensures swift draining through the layers of the cushions and out through the mesh that waits at the bottom. The mesh also pushes air up through the bottom of the cushions to facilitate faster drying as well.

Frame Construction

Each piece of synthetic wicker is hand woven by experienced artisans over a strong powder-coated aluminum frame. Lane Venture products feature the highest grade of durable, UV-resistant polyethylene (PE) fibers. Fixtures and jigs specially designed for each collection are used to assure uniform frame sizing during production.

Finish By combining synthetic fibers of differing textures and unique colors during the weaving process, LANE VENTURE is able to achieve a unique richness and depth that gives each collection the look and feel of a natural product. And since the color goes all the way through the fiber, you can be assured that it will remain consistent for many years.

Care & Maintenance - Frames

Minimal maintenance is required to keep your hand-woven synthetic wicker furniture looking fresh. Periodically wash with soft cloth, mild soap and water. Rinse well. Dry with a soft towel or let air dry. Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners.
