Occasionally shipments arrive damaged, rest assured that we will do everything we can to make things right.
If you see damage to the exterior packing materials make sure to indicate this on the delivery receipt. Once you remove the packing materials and notice damage call our customer service team within 48 hours.
If an item is damaged or has a defect, we reserve the right to repair the item to new condition. If the item can not be successfully repaired, we may offer a replacement. If you decide not to accept a repair or replacement the item can be returned under our normal return policy.
We highly recommend using our White Glove Delivery Service. Our delivery team carefully removes all the exterior packing materials, assembles and furniture and inspects the product for any damage.
If you see any damage make sure in indicate this on the delivery receipt and call our customer service team within 48 hours.
If by chance you accepted the furniture and notice anything missing or damaged parts contact us right away and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. If you notice damage we must be informed with 48 hours in order to file a claim with the freight company.
If we are unable to fix the damage we will pick up the original shipment and send you a full replacement on us.

You may return your item for a refund within 30 days of arrival, and it is returned in its original packaging. Simply contact us prior to making your return. Return credits will be issued within 24 hours once the item is received.
Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. These costs are generally 15% of the order total + any pickup fees. For an exact return shipping cost, please contact us at 877-702-0555 and we can provide that before you buy.
